Our website processes project request information such as name, surname, phone number, email address, city information, land size, and product preference; and job applications require resumes and position information. In addition, technical data and cookies related to site visits are also collected.

Your data is processed for the purposes of responding to your proposal and project requests, managing communication processes, evaluating job applications, ensuring the technical operation of the website, and fulfilling legal obligations.

Your data is processed in accordance with Article 5 of the KVKK (Law on Protection of Personal Data) within the scope of the establishment or performance of a contract, your explicit consent, our legitimate interests, and our legal obligations.

It may only be shared with service providers to the extent technically necessary within the scope of website infrastructure and hosting services, and with authorized public institutions in case of legal obligation. Data is not transferred abroad.

 

6. Storage Times

Requests for proposals and communication are stored for 3 years, job application data for 1 year, and technical log data for 6 months. In cases where there is a legal obligation, the time periods specified in the relevant legislation shall be taken as the basis.

In accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK (Law on Protection of Personal Data), you have the right to learn whether your data is being processed, to request information if it is being processed, to request its correction or deletion, to object to processing, and to request compensation for damages. To exercise these rights, you can write to info@seraplus.com.tr. Requests will be answered within a maximum of 30 days after identity verification.
